FAQs

Do you offer products in sizes or options different than the options on your website?

If there is a size or option that you don’t see on our site, please feel free to send us an email at support@fresh-n-fly.com. We will try to accommodate you, and may permanently add that option if there is enough demand for it!

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation. What do I do?

Please check all of your email folders first, but if you still can’t find your order confirmation please contact us at support@fresh-n-fly.com and we’ll check it out. 

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? 

Please email us at support@fresh-n-fly.com for any changes or cancellations. Please keep in mind that you can only cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing it. If you need to change your address, you can email us and we’ll see what can be done. If your order has shipped already, unfortunately we are not able to make any additional changes. 

When will I receive my order?

Because each product is made to order, we need a little time to prepare it. Some items will ship faster than others, and some items will arrive faster than others. Once the item has shipped, it can take up to 7 days for you to receive your item.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only offering shipping within the U.S.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is free within the U.S.

What happens if I don’t receive my order or my tracking link is not valid?

If your tracking number is invalid, it is likely because it was just recently shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to activate. If after 48 hours it still isn’t working, please contact us with your order number. If you did not received your order, please contact us at support@fresh-n-fly.com. 

I’m not happy with the product, what do I do?

At the time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for an item if you simply don’t like the design. If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, please email us immediately at support@fresh-n-fly.com and we will send you your original order, at no extra cost to you (you can keep the first item too!). Please keep in mind that we will need a photo of the item, description of the problem, and your order number in order to process your request.

I received a damaged product, what do I do?

Hopefully you won’t receive any damaged products, but sometimes mistakes happen. Because our items are shipped directly from our manufacturers, we don’t have the opportunity to check over each order before it’s shipped. If your product is damaged, email us at support@fresh-n-fly.com. Feel free to either keep it or return it to us, you can find the return address on your shipping label or receipt. We will send you the correct product at no additional cost to you. Please keep in mind that we will need a photo of the item, description of the problem, and your order number in order to process your request.
